“I know it is going to come out as arrogant, but my presence is a form of charity. To be precise, I am.” This is Jay-Z.
It would be interesting in hearing about the experiences of famous people who have carried their popularity to unexpected or offbeat areas. Throughout the years, a great number of celebrities have experienced periods in which they appeared to lose touch with reality, whether it was due to unusual conduct, provocative utterances, or extravagant lives. Individuals who are well-known for their excessive spending, provocative dress choices, peculiar interviews, or contentious attitudes on particular subjects are frequently examples.

1. In a wild recent example, Jojo Siwa
Jojo Siwa recently released a statement in which she stated that she desired to “start a new genre of music” that she referred to as “gay pop.” Additionally, not only has her music career failed to produce anything that could be considered a genre-creating endeavor, but “gay pop” is already a genre that has been there for a considerable amount of time.
After some time had passed, Siwa elaborated on her remarks by stating, “So, here’s the deal. However, despite the fact that gay pop is a genre of music that has been created by individuals, it is not officially recognized as such. Despite the fact that it is a style, it is the way that rap, rock, R&B, and pop are all created.
Pop music that is gay is not recognized as a genre of music. You will notice that there is not a pop chart on the iTunes charts; rather, there is a pop chart. Indeed, there are a great number of homosexual pop singers. Oh, my dear God. Despite the fact that there are a great number of them, I believe that those homosexual pop artists really deserve a larger place than what they already have.
2. Zara Larsson said on the podcast
Zara Larsson stated in an interview for the podcast The Diary of a CEO that her long-term goal is to achieve the same degree of success as Beyoncé, which includes having a helicopter, a stadium tour, and an album that is number one all over the world. In a joke about her genuine desire for “world domination,” Larsson responded by saying, “I think I’m a little entitled to success, and I think if I ever, let’s say, get a Grammy, I won’t feel like ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe this is happening’ – it’s more like ‘Finally, it took long enough.'”
She immediately responded by saying, “Since I first understood what fame was, I always said, ‘I’m going to be more famous than Elvis Presley.'” Nevertheless, she went on to say that she had altered her viewpoint since she now considered celebrity to be “a form of a prison.”
3. After activist Harry Belafonte
In response to activist Harry Belafonte’s assertion that high-profile artists such as Jay Z had “turned their back on social responsibility,” Jay Z defended himself by implying that he was a symbol. “That is offensive to me because, first of all, and I know this is going to come off as arrogant, but my presence is charity. I am exactly who I am,” he stated. Exactly the same as Obama’s is. It is Obama who offers hope. “The hope that he provides for a nation, both inside and outside of the United States of America, is sufficient regardless of what he does.”
4. Jason Derulo once claimed …
Jason Derulo once said that he was the creator of TikTok, stating that it was once just an app for recording videos of oneself dancing until he started “posting things that was more fun.” This is possibly one of the most deluded statements that can be found on this list. As a result of his decision to take the initiative and experiment with something new within the app, he believes that “it changed the app forever.”
5. After dealing with perceived backlash for his faith
Chris Pratt once compared himself to Jesus after coming to terms with what he considered to be opposition to his religious beliefs. “That’s nothing new, that’s nothing new, you know?” Following his statement on criticism, he cited scripture. “If I were a part of this world, they would love me exactly as I am, but due to the circumstances, I have made the decision to leave this world.” John 15:18–20 is the passage in question. It is the way it is, there is nothing new about it; two thousand years ago, they too detested him. Obviously, they are referring to Jesus.
6. Amy Schumer also addressed critics
Amy Schumer responded to critics who referred to her as a “failed comic” by stating, “I’m the most successful female comedian of all time.” This statement was included in a piece that addressed the outrage that she received for her views about Israel and Palestine. The remark was met with a great deal of opposition from those who pointed out that Schumer’s career was preceded by that of other well-known female comedians. This is despite the fact that Schumer has undoubtedly achieved a great deal of success in Hollywood.
7. We can’t make this list without including former president Donald Trump
8 We are unable to include former President Donald Trump on our list since he is an essential component. It is perhaps the occasion that Trump claimed that his appearance contributed to the success of Home Alone 2 that I find most memorable. After director Chris Columbus made the assertion that Donald Trump had “bullied” his way onto the film (by only allowing them to film at his hotel, The Plaza, if he could make a cameo), Trump responded by saying, “That cameo helped make the movie a success, but if they felt bullied, or didn’t want me, why did they put me in, and keep me there for over 30 years?”
The reason for this is that I was and continue to be an excellent choice for the film! It’s just another Hollywood actor from the past who’s hoping for a short hit of Trump exposure for himself! In addition to this, he said that they had pleaded with him to be a part of it and that his “little cameo took off like a rocket.”
Given that the original movie was the second-highest-grossing picture of the year and one of the most cherished Christmas movies of all time, it would be a bit of an exaggeration to suggest that Trump’s brief appearance contributed to the success of the film.
8. In another example, after Princess Diana died
Another illustration of this is when Donald Trump appeared on the Howard Stern Show following the passing of Princess Diana in 1997 and stated that he believed he may have had the opportunity to have sexual relations with Diana. It seemed as though he was also implying that if she had been with him, he would have been able to prevent her from passing away. “That tunnel in Paris is familiar to me. We’re talking about a restriction of thirty miles. If you take a look at this tunnel, which I am quite familiar with since I have traveled through it quite a few times, you will notice that you are only able to go at speeds of about thirty to forty miles per hour.
You are moving at a rapid pace if you are taking that tunnel at a speed of forty miles per hour. These folks had to be traveling at a speed of one hundred and twenty miles per hour. After that, he stated that Dodi Fayed, Diana’s companion at the time who was in the car with her (but was not driving), was obviously not an appropriate person for her circumstances.
In his book, Trump also expressed his regret that he did not pursue her during his courtship, and he subsequently stated once again that he would have slept with her if he had the opportunity to do so “without even hesitation.”
9. He *may* have been joking
Jonathan Owens, a safety for the Green Bay Packers, appeared to be a touch arrogant when he discussed dating Simone Biles on a podcast. He may have been kidding, but he gave off the impression that he was serious about the relationship.
Owens said, “I always say that the men are the catch.” This was in response to the question of whether or not he was the catch in their relationship. In addition, he stated that he was unaware of Biles’ identity when they initially matched on Raya, but that he saw that “she just had a bunch of followers.” On the other hand, I am thinking to myself, “All right, she has to be good.” One of the most accomplished athletes in history, Biles holds the record for the most medals won by a gymnast competing for the United States at the Olympic Games.
10. This isn’t really her fault
In spite of the fact that this is not truly her fault, Meghan Markle previously stated that she was told by a South African cast member at the premiere of The Lion King that people in South Africa “rejoiced in the streets the same way we did when Mandela was freed from prison” as a result of her royal wedding. It was claimed by the one and only South African member of the cast that they had never met Meghan Markle, and they stated that the wedding of Meghan Markle to Prince Harry was “no big deal” in South Africa.
During the premiere, Markle did get the opportunity to meet South African composer Lebohang Morake, so it is possible that she was referring to him. Morake, who is also known as Lebo M., subsequently stated, “I cannot comment on the matter as it was three years ago and I don’t remember details of that conversation which was less than a minute, except the Royals were going to South Africa or Botswana.”
