  • Put your lips together and make a fish-like sucking motion with your cheeks.
  • While retaining a pursed lip position, smile as extensively as you probably can. (While you're doing this, Lindh recommends that you make an effort to relax every other location of your face, such as your eyes.)
  • Hold for a duration of ten seconds.
