"The human civilization, and by this I am speaking primarily to Western civilization, deserves praise for its unceasing pursuit of novel ways concerning gender and social categories. Particularly when viewed from the point of view of conservatives, such actions appear to be rather daring. There is a wealth of material available for artistic interpretation in these sites of resistance. Having said that, I do not personally consider social satire to be my area of expertise.
It is not something that I would call inspiration, despite the fact that social life is definitely engaging. I simply have an impromptu reaction to the news that is being shared on social media, and I express it for myself through painting. Waldemar made the observation that "unfortunately, I find myself creating a lot of commercial art, which leaves me with very little time to illustrate these humorous collisions for myself."
