Part One
- Make a "O" with your lips to give the appearance that you are going to whistle.
- Try your hardest to smile as widely as you can while keeping your lips in the "O" form.
- Hold in place for ten seconds.
- Go easy on yourself.
- Repeat the method five times.
Part Two
- Steps one and two must be repeated throughout the entire first half.
- Pump your cheek muscles twelve times up and down, keeping your lips in a "O" shape.
- This will help you to develop your cheek muscles.
- Take it slow and relax.
Do four reps once a day.
