Part One

  •  Make a "O" with your lips to give the appearance that you are going to whistle.
  •  Try your hardest to smile as widely as you can while keeping your lips in the "O" form.
  • Hold in place for ten seconds.
  •  Go easy on yourself.
  • Repeat the method five times.

Part Two

  • Steps one and two must be repeated throughout the entire first half.
  • Pump your cheek muscles twelve times up and down, keeping your lips in a "O" shape.
  • This will help you to develop your cheek muscles.
  • Take it slow and relax.

Do four reps once a day.
